Now your account needs to be KYC verified. For that, go to the Profile section, enter the ID Verification option, and fill in all the information according to your National ID (NID) card.
Under the ID type, you must click on "Govt issued ID".
Then the mobile camera will open. Here, upload pictures of the front and back of the NID card, and complete face verification. When verifying your face, you will be prompted to take a selfie. Make sure to hold your ID card in your left hand while taking the photo.
