Toffee is a popular video platform in Bangladesh. After launching their operations, they created opportunities for content creators to earn money. As a result, many content creators earned income by uploading videos to the Toffee platform. However, suddenly on 09/07/24, Toffee decided that they will no longer continue this service. Therefore, they have told all Toffee content creators that if you have money remaining in your Toffee channel, withdraw it quickly. Within this month of August, they will completely shut down their operations. So to know what you need to do to withdraw your money, look below.
Toffee has issued this notice or announcement regarding the discontinuation of their operations:
For your information, the Toffee Creator Platform will no longer be active from July 9, 2024. As a result, all channel and content agreements will come to an end. Any content uploaded in July will not be approved, and no further revenue will be generated from content remaining on the platform. By July 30, 2024, all creators' content will be removed from Toffee.
After giving this notice, they assured that they will disburse all pending dues owed to content creators.
To receive the pending money from your channel, you must verify your account. If it is already verified, nothing further needs to be done.
To perform the verification, enter the Toffee app, tap on My Channel from the bottom bar, and tap Edit Channel. Then, in the form filling option that appears, add your email address, National Identity Card (NID) number, and bKash / Nagad number, and verify.
You must complete this verification task by 17/08/2024. Otherwise, you may not receive payment, or your payment may be delayed.
According to the announcement of the Toffee authorities, everyone's payment will be disbursed by August 30, 2024. It is worth noting that under Toffee's regular rules, payment could only be withdrawn if it was 1,000 BDT or more. Now, even if you have less than 1,000 BDT, you will receive payment. Furthermore, if anyone is not paid within the specified date, payment will be provided subsequently.
