There is no standing, official Telegram Premium free trial that every account can claim. Premium is a paid subscription, but you can still test it for free in a few legitimate ways. To cancel on Android, open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Telegram. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling before the trial ends is the only way to avoid the first charge.

Skip every offer that sits outside the app. Premium features such as 4 GB uploads, faster downloads and translation depend on Telegram's servers, so a modified app cannot truly provide them. What a modified app can do is read your messages or install malware.

Remove the app, then look for signs that your phone has been hacked. Then, in Telegram, open Settings, then Devices, and end every session you do not recognize. Check Privacy and Security to make sure two-step verification is on. If you entered a login code on a website, change your two-step password right away.
If an offer needs your login code, your phone number for SMS, or a payment to "verify," it is not a trial.
When no trial or giveaway turns up, the cheapest safe test is the shortest paid plan with auto-renew turned off. You pay once, test the features, and lose nothing but that one payment. Cancelling auto-renew does not end Premium early. You keep the features until the paid period runs out, so turn off renewal on day 1.
