1. Overview
After purchasing a physical product from AroraShop, you can return it within 7 days. And if you have purchased a digital product, then you have to return it within 2 hours of delivery and if it is used, then it will not be returned. And no refund will be given. After returning a physical item, it may take seven working days to get a refund.
2. Return Process
- You can send physical items directly to our store location and to return digital products, talk to our customer service who will verify the product and process the return.
3. Refunds
- It may take up to 7 business days to receive your refund after the product return is confirmed, but we strive to refund your money within three business days.
4. Exchanges
- Your product can be exchanged if it is not damaged. If the product is damaged after delivery, it cannot be exchanged. Digital products cannot be exchanged. Only the physical product can be exchanged if it is not damaged.
5. Order Cancellations
- If the order is canceled after placing the order, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged and the order cannot be canceled after the product is delivered. Cancellation is only possible before the product is delivered.
